Key responsibilitiesProvide end-to-end HR and IR support to business units in a high-compliance environmentManage and guide disciplinary processes, grievances, incapacity, misconduct and performance mattersEnsure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies; advise management on best practiceLead or support CCMA/Bargaining Council matters, investigations, case preparation and representation (where applicable)Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and change/organisational initiativesOversee and mentor the HR team, ensuring service delivery and turnaround timesAssist with HR reporting, metrics and continuous improvement of HR processes Minimum requirementsRelevant HR qualification (Degree/Diploma)Proven, senior-level HR and IR experience, ideally in a large industrial/manufacturing/logistics/engineering environmentStrong knowledge of SA labour legislation and ER processesConfident stakeholder management and coaching abilityAbility to work with urgency, discretion, and sound judgementExperience in a unionised environmentTrack record of leading a team and driving HR standards across sites
