Graduate/Junior Process Engineer

What youll be doing

• Provide technical support to operational sites, troubleshooting process issues and implementing improvements to optimize plant performance
• Drive data collection and analysis initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution as part of the project management team
• Manage the in-house laboratory, ensuring smooth daily operations and pilot-scale test work

What youll need

• Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering (completed)
• 0 2 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Based in Rustenburg, North West must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Valid South African ID
• Willingness to travel for work
