Reporting to: General ManagerLocation: OgiesDuties and Responsibilities:Driving the financial and operational value chain improvement and reporting through:Streamlined, system-driven, accurate, on-time reporting based on operational value drivers including budget and target tracking.Supporting Management Team in prioritizing and taking remedial actions where operational value drivers are not met through root cause analysis, action planning, and implementation.Ensuring customer requirements are consistently met by monitoring the operational value chain and implementing cost-effective, productive improvements.Driving innovation for continuous operational improvement and removal of inefficiencies root causes.Optimizing fixed assets and extending their useful life.Driving long-term, sustainable improvements in energy efficiency and reliability.Required Qualifications: BCom (Financial Accounting) or relatedCompleted Articles with financial accounting skills and understanding of IFRS.Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 Years Financial with Operation Management experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment.Risk Analysis & Management Reporting.Financial and Operational Management.Maintain control systems and adherence to Corporate Governance.Stock Management and Balancing.
