Purpose of the roleThe Solar O&M Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance, uptime, and efficiency of all installed solar PV, Generator and cube systems under the company’s management. The role includes monitoring system performance through digital platforms, planning and coordinating maintenance activities, and responding to faults or alarms in a timely manner. The O&M Manager will also oversee reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement of system operations. Key Responsibilities System Monitoring & Performance Management Monitor system performance daily through monitoring platforms (e.g., Sungrow, Victron, Atess, Solis, Sunsynk, DSE webnet.). Identify underperformance, faults, or alarms and initiate corrective actions.Analyse system data to detect trends, inefficiencies, and potential risks.Maintain accurate logs of system performance and interventions.
