The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining low to mid-volume printing devices, ensuring optimal performance and providing excellent technical service to clients. Education and Experience:Matric / Grade 12Valid driver’s licenceProven experience working with low to mid-volume printing equipment (Colour and Mono)Good understanding of IT systems and connectivityStrong technical troubleshooting skillsWillingness to travel when required Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair low to mid-volume colour and mono printing devices.Diagnose and resolve technical and connectivity issues related to printers and associated systems.Provide technical support to customers and ensure minimal downtime of equipment.Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on machines.Ensure all service calls and tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and effective service.Work collaboratively within the technical support team to ensure service excellence.Travel to client sites as required.
