PREFERRED PROFILE:- Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment - Proactive and willing to take ownership - Service-oriented and professional in communication - Self-responsible and trustworthy - Proven experience in office administration, finance administration, customer service, or logistics coordination - To your advantage if you have experience working with SAP/ERP - Good understanding of bookkeeping and debt collection processes - Strong data entry skills with high numerical accuracy - Strong customer service mindset - Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook) - Excellent English communication skills; Afrikaans advantageous
