Materials Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are correctly reflected across all systems.
• Monitor inventory movements and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Capture and record manufacturing process data accurately and in real time.
• Generate reports to support production planning and supply chain operations.
• Ensure stock control processes align with company procedures, quality standards, and operational policies.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and materials management.
• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure materials and products are available when required.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and zero-harm practices within the workplace.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric with a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing or mining environment.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and stock control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Experience capturing and maintaining production or manufacturing data.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP advantageous) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
