Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Business Solutions Architect to analyze business needs and define IT-driven solutions.Gather, document, and refine business requirements (BRD)and functional specifications (FRS).Conduct business process mapping to improve workflow efficiencies and digitization efforts.Assist in ERP system upgrades and integration, focusing on JDE, Syspro, and related platforms.Work on IT and business-focused projects, including chatbots, digitization of forms, waste management solutions, and system integrations.Coordinate with development teams on custom system solutions and self-build projects.Utilize Waterfall methodologies to structure business analysis and project delivery.Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT capabilities.Support full lifecycle projects, from conceptualization to implementation, across multiple business units.Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance training for newly implemented solutions. Required Qualifications & Experience:A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in business analysis, system integration, and process improvement.Strong expertise in ERP systems (JDE, Syspro) and enterprise-wide integrations.Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes in complex environments.Experience working in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FMCG, Mining, or Oil & Gas, with a focus on business transformation.Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and structured project execution.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
