Main purpose of the job To proactively contact clients and offer them a financial wellness service which would include obtaining and discussing their Credit Bureau report, current debt exposure and Credit Score. In addition, the incumbent should be able to persuade the client that a budget review will assist him/her to understand their current cashflow and spending behavior by comparing this against the norm. Should the outcome reflect that the client spends more than his/her income the incumbent should convince the client that debt restructure is the best option to fix his/her cash flow problem. If accepted the incumbent will assist the client to complete a Debt Review application.To be effective in providing the financial wellness service a consultative approach should be used to obtain acceptance from the client that the proposed solution will not only relieve them of financial distress but will also provide a long-term solution to make them debt free.To be successful the incumbent needs to be an expert in financial wellness to identify spending behaviour problems with strong selling skills to convince the client that the proposed solution is correct and effective to relieve debt stress.
