Description
- Scheduling of officers and marking of the attendance register.
- Planning, Organizing, leading, control and supervision
- Ensuring that all officers are on site to cover shortages
- Laise with clients and handle all internal queries
- Implementing ISO procedures and Health and Safety standards
- Adhering to disciplinary procedures
- Rendering a comprehensive pro-active security service
- Risk Analysing skills will be an advantage
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- PSIRA Certification-Grade B
- Code 10 Drivers Licence and valid PDP
- Experience would be advantageous
- Firearm competency for handguns and shotguns
- The ability to communicate and present at all levels and work under pressure
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
- Excellent Client liaison and administration skills
- Sound Communication Skills (written and verbal communication)
- Willing to work long hours
- Clean disciplinary and criminal record
