Job Description:Manage the full finance function across multiple entities within the groupDevelop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and proceduresLead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed reporting and analysisEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial close processesPrepare annual financial statements and coordinate external audit requirementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory requirementsManage VAT, PAYE, income tax, and other regulatory submissionsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.Monitor daily and monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirementsProvide financial insights and performance analysis to support management decision-makingLiaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholdersLead, mentor, and develop the finance teamDrive automation, digitisation, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the businessSkills & Experience: Minimum 2 years Financial Management experience.Previous experience within an SME, group, or multi-entity environmentStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and complianceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct or similarExperience with financial statement drafting software.Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.Qualification:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance OR EquivalentCA(SA)For more information connect with us on
