Cross-check monthly supplier statements and ensure all corresponding invoices are captured accurately in Sage Pastel. Account supplier invoices to be filled and submitted to finance monthly. Monitor stock availability and communicate shortages proactively. Assist with quarterly and year-end stock counts. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 to 5 years proven internal sales and customer liaison experience. Tools and hardware experience is advantageous. Self-motivated, results-driven must be able to work independently and in a small team.Service-oriented and strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise sales activities effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and can resolve customer queries quickly and effectively.Strong Interpersonal skills.Computer Proficiency: Sage Pastel 50 (non-Negotiable) - Microsoft Word Basic - Microsoft excel Intermediate - Microsoft Outlook intermediateValid driver License and be willing to travel to call on customers.
