Job Description:Responsible for pre-, on-shoot and post- planning all photoshoots.Attend briefing and preprod meetings, add value by anticipating what will be required and use initiative in planning in advance and asking all the right question.Scouting models and venues or briefing a scout/agent to find.Booking, negotiating and securing all crew, venues, gear, menus, permits, models, travel, accommodation.Working closely with the shoot production manager to ensure our reputation and level of excellence is delivered at all times.Source product if required, collect, deliver to shoot venue and be responsible for product packaging and return post shoot.Attend shoots, work alongside the crew to ensure the process runs efficiently and on time.Maintain and be the architect of the â??atmosphereâ?? on shoot, reduce stress levels and anticipate hiccups on the ground. Improvise and use initiative, always keeping your eye on the ball.Distribute all shoot schedules, crew & model lists and shoot plan.Prepare and work within the clientâ??s budget.Post shoot reconciliation of all costs, payments and finalise invoice for client.Requirements:Matric.Proficient in MS Office.Fast and efficient and have incredible attention to detailMust be highly organised and remain composed under pressureMust be a team player and adaptable yet consistentMust be logical and show initiative
