Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate local and international shipments and distribution schedulesPrepare and manage all shipping, export, and commercial documentationControl picking, packing, and container loading processesEnsure accurate stock movement and storage of finished goodsLiaise with production, sales, and warehouse teams to align shipment requirementsNegotiate and manage transport and courier service providersCoordinate raw material transport and intercompany logisticsTrack and communicate ETAs, ETDs, and delivery updates to stakeholdersVerify and approve transport, courier, and export-related invoicesMaintain accurate records of shipping activity, stock movements, and reportingManage international warehouse stock, replenishment, and distributionEnsure all Syspro transactions and inventory movements are accurate and up to dateOversee forklift operations in line with loading schedulesRequirements:Grade 12 / MatricDegree / Diploma / certifications in supply chain / shippingProven experience in shipping, logistics, or distribution within manufacturingStrong knowledge of export documentation, shipping processes, and IncotermsExperience working with ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)This role is suited to a detail-driven logistics professional who can bring structure, accuracy, and control to a high-volume shipping and distribution environment.Â
