Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive a performance-led, digital-first marketing strategy for the GroupLead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (performance, data/CRM, creative, content, and dealer activation)Oversee digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other digital platformsEnsure OEM CI compliance and alignment with national marketing campaignsManage and optimise marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI reportingOversee content production, creative asset development, and brand storytellingEnsure consistent execution of campaigns across several dealershipsMaintain dashboards, analytics, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with the Data & CRM SpecialistPresent monthly and quarterly marketing performance results to EXCOBuild strong, collaborative relationships with OEM partners and Dealer PrincipalsRequirements:Bachelors degree in marketing, digital media, business, or related fieldPostgraduate qualification (MBA or Digital Strategy) advantageous710 years experience in senior marketing/digital leadership roles in the automotive industryHands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance mediaProven ability to manage multi-million-rand marketing budgetsAutomotive retail or multi-brand environment experience beneficialStrong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, attribution modelling, and dashboardsComfortable with travel (this will be required to visit other dealerships)Motor Industry experience Essential!!Key Competencies:Deep expertise in digital marketing and paid media performanceStrong commercial acumen with a results and ROI-driven approachStrategic thinker with excellent planning and execution capabilityStrong leadership with the ability to build and elevate internal capabilityHigh data literacy, including dashboards, attribution and analytics toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAgile, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced automotive retail environment Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
