Program Director

Job Summary:

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of projects and initiatives aligned with the organizations strategic goals. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing program budgets and timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful delivery of program objectives. The Program Director plays a critical leadership role in ensuring consistency, communication, and alignment across projects while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
