Key Responsibilities:As the Head of PMO, you will:Develop and implement the PMO strategy, frameworks, and operating model.Lead and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA professionals.Drive demand management and ensure alignment of the project portfolio with strategic goals.Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence, value-for-money, and innovation.Champion a project-oriented culture and foster cross-functional collaboration.Establish and evolve project management standards, tools, and best practices.Provide strategic oversight and coaching to ensure successful delivery of programs and projects.
