The customer service agent will be responsible for addressing inbound customer calls that are not complaints nor policy change requests. This individual will mostly be dealing with potential new customers that may want to purchase the policy.
Their duties will include:
Describe the product benefits and features to potential customers
• Describe the product to potential new customers.
• Answer potential customers questions regarding the product to be taken to market.

Convert potential customers into leads
