The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all logistic activities, managing stock control, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support operational efficiency.Minimum RequirementsNational Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or similar related field.3 – 5 years’ experience in a logistics controller, procurement or similar role.Proven procurement and supplier management experience.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and/or ERP software.Excellent communication and people skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Advanced computer skills and have MS Excel proficiency.Must have valid driver’s license.Own vehicle is highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities – Logistics & Supply Chain Management:Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control.Stock Management and warehouse inventory control.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reporting.Procurement & Supplier Management:Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.Issue purchase orders and monitor order progress.Maintain supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies.Ensure all procurement activities align with budgetary guidelines.Manage and reconcile procurement documentation and invoices.
