This fact, combined with the excellent micro climate found on the farm, provides an environment in which the grapes can flourish, ensuring the highest possible quality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Western Cape, South Africa for a Winemaker at 5w mask. The Winemaker will be responsible for managing all aspects of wine production, including grape selection, crushing, fermentation, aging, blending, and bottling.
