Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing: Conduct regular client visits to provide wealth management feedback and re-evaluate risk profiles and financial needs.Strategic Planning: Ensure detailed Financial Needs Analyses (FNAs) are completed and reviewed annually for all clients.Relationship Management: Proactively manage an existing book while identifying cross-selling opportunities to increase Assets Under Management (AUM).New Business Development: Network to obtain referrals, conduct presentations, and attend seminars to identify business opportunities.CRM & Technology: Maintain accurate client information in Xplan, using the system for tasks, threads, and reporting.Collaboration: Work closely with Wealth Management Assistants (WMAs) and specialists across the Group to ensure seamless administration and holistic service.Compliance: Ensure 100% industry compliance in file preparation and stay updated on regulatory developments. Requirements: Education: An undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning is required.Professional Certification: Must be a Registered CFP® with the
