REQUIREMENTS:Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.Minimum of 4 years’ proven work experience Funeral Insurance.Admin office work and Customer Service experience.Additional experience in the Financial Services Industry will be beneficial.Computer proficiency to work effectively with certain assessment tools or software.Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required.Must have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.RE5 (desirable).
