KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively generate and close new business through field and B2B sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Represent A1 Financial Services professionally in the market
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
- Travel to meet potential and existing clients as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12 months field sales experience
- Previous insurance experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Must be willing and able to travel to see clients
