Leave Management - Ensure all leave requests are approved and captured correctly on the system
Clock System - Manage clocking data and clear exceptions daily to prepare for payroll import
Onboarding and Exits - Load new employees and process terminations timeously
Filing and Documentation - Maintain organized records and employment contracts
Ad hoc Support - Assist the HR & Payroll Manager and Senior Payroll Administrator as required
Filing of all the appropriate documentation and reports
Distribution of payslips
Education:
Matric
Diploma / Certificate Payroll
Minimum 1-2 yeas’ full payroll function experience (wages & salary payrolls)
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook & VIP Payroll
Skills:
Highly organized and flexible
Strong numerical skills
Must be able to work under pressure

Electro-Mechanical Technician
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our factory maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring that equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimise downtime.
This role suits a hands-on technician with solid experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance on factory machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and fault-find electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair and service machines, components, and production equipment
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to reduce production downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to maintenance schedules
• Install, test, and commission machinery and equipment when required
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements
• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and company procedures
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records

Minimum Requirements
• Qualified Electro-Mechanical Technician / similar technical qualification
• Proven experience in machine maintenance and fault finding in a factory or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, control panels, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required
• Valid driver’s licence will be an advantage
Preferred Skills
• PLC fault-finding experience
• Experience with production machinery and automated systems
