Accurately arrange dispatch of landed items from vessels as per Owners or Masters instructions, ie courier dispatch or air/sea freight exports. (Liaise with appropriate staff member for air or sea freight exports). Notify Owners accordingly of dispatch. Complete detailed arrival reports for vessels coming in to port and keep Owners updated during vessels port stay.
