The tiered structure is as follows:R 0.00 – R 100,000.00 (Total Monthly Sales): 7% commissionR 100,000.00 – R 200,000.00 (Total Monthly Sales): 10% commissionR 200,000.00 and above (Total Monthly Sales): 15% commissionExample: If a salesperson generates R 250,000 in collected sales for the month per project, their commission calculation would be: (7% of R100k) + (10% of R100k) + (15% of R50k) = R7,000 + R10,000 + R7,500 = R 24,500 total commission.Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Sales: Actively source potential customers and effectively sell the business's products and services to achieve and exceed sales targets.Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of the sales pipeline, including customer details, deal status, and next steps.Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates (weekly or twice-weekly) on sales activities and pipeline status.Autonomy: Manage your own schedule and sales activities in a self-sufficient manner, while remaining accountable for results.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven sales experience is required.Track Record: A demonstrably successful track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.Education: An equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Communication: Must be well-spoken, articulate, and highly presentable, with excellent proficiency in English.Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
