WORKSHOP SERVICE ASSISTANT
Must have worked in a workshop, dealership or spares shop before. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE.
We are looking for a energetic individual with a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in the Motor Industry in a workshop or dealership. *MUST* know about all different makes of cars and the different components within a vehicle especially terminology.
Duties: Job Cards, Quoting, Invoicing, Customer Follow ups, Data Capturing,Filing,Parts Buying, Pick up and drop of vehicles & customers, loading of parts, Fleet management authorisations, Booking in of vehicles.
Must have excellent communication skills. Minimum Requirements: Valid drivers licence, Microsoft Office and Outlook advanced level. Basic mathematical skills.
Must have experience in similar position before.
Based in Morningside, Durban. KZN
