Detailed Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Recordkeeping - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions including standard journals, fixed asset register, ICC charges, foreign exchange contracts, creditors documentation, Bee reports, stock take records and general ledger reconciliations. - Prepare, finalize and reconcile divisional charges monthly. - Attend to capex requests and maintain the capex budgets. - Prepare and submit expense claim forms for payment. 2.
