Workshop Management:Oversee productivity and performance CNC machines.Plan and manage workflow with the Fabrication department.Monitor machine utilisation and minimise downtime.Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Problem Solving & Leadership.Develop contingency plans where required. Requirements:Proven experience in CNC machining and workshop supervision at least 5 years.Proven knowledge of lathes and milling machines (including 4th and 5th axis machines) (FANUC and Mazitrol language)Proficient in MS Office.Have experience with or worked in an ISO approved company.
