Minimum RequirementsMatric, Preferable – Diploma Engineer and or Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright)Preferable 1 - 2 years’ experience within customer services environmentPreferable good working knowledge of Hydraulics, Lubrication and FiltrationEnglish and Afrikaans spoken and written.Microsoft OfficeERP System: AcumeticaResponsibilities defined but not limited to the belowGrow Sales from customers assigned to you while maintaining ethical standards in accordance with Hydac policies and ethics.Generate purchase requisition and stock planning requirements for customersOn-board new customers in consultation with the Internal Sales ManagerPrepare and process quotations, orders, and invoices with precisionMaintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communicationsAssist customers with product information and coordinate with technical teams when requiredSupport logistics and warehouse coordination to ensure timely deliveriesProvide administrative support to the sales team, including reporting and documentationUphold HYDAC’s standards of accuracy and professionalism in all communicationsLearn and develop Hydac product knowledge.Required SkillsProven administrative experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesNegotiation and Listening skill, able to articulate.Drive sales and self-starterBuilding loyal customer relationshipsSolution Provider Closing Sales
