GC analysis to create new flavours and flavour matches with the help from the technical manager.Improving formulations. Liaise with customers regarding complaints on technical issues. Cost products on sage evolution. Create and file all new formulations. Conduct sensory evaluation. Ensure timely and quality brief execution. Maintain organised and efficient laboratory equipment and environment. Provide technical flavour support to internal and external customers as needed. Provide ongoing creative support in the development of new flavours. Work with sales reps to maintain relationships with our customers and participate in a team-selling approach; accompany sales reps as needed. Collaborate with colleagues in other departments as needed in flavour creation or creative insight.Work with team to meet yearly goals. Health and safety. Do morning checks with regards to all health and safety in your working area. Requirements: Dip Food Tech/BSc Food Science or similar Creativity and above average sense of taste and smell.
