Site Visits & On-Site RepairsSchedule and travel to client sites where issues are reported.Conduct diagnostic testing and perform repairs or maintenance on-site.Ensure screens and systems are restored to full working condition. Time Management & LoggingAccurately log arrival and departure times at sites via the designated app.Ensure all hours spent on-site are recorded correctly for operational tracking. Liaison with On-Site IT & ElectriciansCollaborate with on-site IT personnel and electricians to resolve complex issues.Clearly communicate technical requirements and findings to ensure efficient support. Liaison with ITContact IT for advanced technical support when required.Log all communications and ensure implementation of recommended solutions. Technical Logging via TechEase AppRecord all technical issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the TechEase app.Maintain accurate and up-to-date issue tracking and status reporting. Remote TroubleshootingConduct follow-up phone calls to troubleshoot and restore offline screens remotely.Coordinate with relevant teams to expedite issue resolution. Tools & Spares ManagementMaintain and manage inventory of tools and spare parts for allocated sites.Ensure adequate stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary. Reporting to ManagementProvide regular updates on technical issues, site visits, and progress.
