Lead Flutter Developer

Youll take point in crafting fast, intuitive, and scalable crossâ??platform mobile appscutting through challenges with Leonardoâ??level precision. Working sideâ??byâ??side with product Senseis and engineering Ninjas, youll build and enhance highâ??performance Android and iOS apps that deliver seamless, visually striking user experiences. Your mission: deploy new features, boost performance, modernise architecture, and continuously strengthen the mobile stackensuring every release hits harder than Raphael on a bad day.

Skills & Experience:
Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
Proven ability to deliver crossâ??platform Android/iOS apps worthy of Master Splinters approval
Experience integrating REST APIs, thirdâ??party tools, and modern mobile frameworks
Knowledge of stateâ??management styles (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX Donatello would be proud)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, and app store deployment
Understanding of performance tuning, animations, and responsive UIsmooth as Michelangelo on a skateboard
Solid grasp of software engineering best practices and clean architecture

Qualification:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant mobile development certifications advantageous
Minimum 35+ years of handsâ??on mobile development experience
