trade test certificate and +/-5 year physical experience not only the paper
experience that is hardworking, dedicated individual. Previous work experience
must be within manufacturing and Construction industry of steel work and
welding. (must have experience in Trusses and curtains)
The successful candidate must have the following Specialised
knowledge, Qualification and skills:

Must be able to read fabrication drawing, work
accurately and neatly when fabrication components.

Must have your own reliable transport to work
and back with a valid driver’s license. (Company located in Philippi East no
public transport.)

Must have your own hand tools and extensive
knowledge of power tools.
·
Must have welding experience.
·
Candidate is expected to use the correct tools
and work methods and not waste time unnecessarily.

Must furthermore ensure that their work space is
kept neat and tidy.
·
Must have knowledge of Health and Safety Rules.
·
Ability to work under challenging conditions.
·
No fear of heights.
·
Do welding and grinding work on assembled part
as required.
·
Must also be able to complete rigging duties.

Excellent communication skills (understand, read
and write in English).
