Key Responsibilities:Checking the stock levels, re-ordering and receiving of all bulk stockResponsible for all Data managementChecking data integrityCollection and uploading of all dataRecording of all receipts and dispense slipsResponsible for reports (HSE, Incident, Consumption)Responsible for training of personnelResponsible for safety and good housekeeping at all storage and dispensing sitesResponsible for the maintenance of all fuel storage and dispensing equipmentDaily inspections of all nozzles and hosesResponsible for the six-monthly calibration of all flow meters to meet statutory requirementsResponsible for the planning and implementation of a preventative maintenance scheduleFormulation of reports on SARS rebate reconciliationFormulation of reports - consumption per financial period and production periodMaintenance of the offloading facility including Refuelling Slab, Teaspoon Drains and SumpsMaintenance of the dispensing facility including Drip TraysReconcile the diesel stock and consumption on a daily basisImplementing Spill ControlPrepare and submit delivery notes for all diesel delivered to the mineSubmit a recon for all diesel dispensed and all diesel stock at the mineSubmit a maintenance sheet for any maintenance carried out in the daySubmit an incident report for any spill or health and safety incidents in respect of dieselSHE, Labour Complement and Working HoursSARS - Reporting for SARS rebates - specific formats applicable and critical data requiredDiesel Consumption (Financial and Production)Diesel volume and value per cost codeConsumption per vehicleConsumption DeviationsSuggestionsMinimum Requirements:MatricPrevious experience as a Diesel Supervisor or Depot ManagerComputer literate (MS Excel)Willingness to work on weekends
