The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.Main Responsibilities:Effective Supervision of the Cash Processing Centre OperationsEnsure that tellers are processing according to Cash processing policy and proceduresEqual distribution of work to avoid bottle necksEffective managing of the end-to-end work flow processComply with Cash Centre operational and administrative procedures within defined guidelinesEnsure that Record keeping of all applicable documents are maintained/retained as per the standardsResponsible to ensure that all daily recons are balancedQuality AssuranceEnsures that all relevant legislative requirements (SARB minimum standards) are adhered to and that Company procedures and standards (including Health and Safety, security, personnel, finance and risk) are maintainedSet and maintain acceptable standards of behaviour at work by all subordinate employees, as required by G4Ss code of conduct and disciplinary codeEffective supervision of staff ?
