General Role Description:The UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Tester plays a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets both the business requirements and the end-users needs before it is released to the market. Working within the Quality Assurance (QA) team, the UAT Tester collaborates closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to design and execute test plans that mimic real-world usage scenarios. The goal is to identify any issues or bugs that could impact the user experience, thereby enhancing the quality and reliability of the product.
