The ideal candidate will have the leadership skills to manage teams effectively, the technical knowledge to handle battery management systems, and the interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and team members.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate production teams to ensure efficient workflow and consistent high-quality output.Oversee day-to-day production processes and support the implementation of quality control measures.Troubleshoot production breakdowns and assist with resolving technical issues.Report directly to the General Manager with regular updates and weekly reports.Ensure production standards and quality requirements are consistently met.Maintain a positive, energetic, and productive work environment.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients from an aftersales perspective.Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and product quality.Communicate effectively and professionally with both team members and clients.Lead aftersales activities and act as the link between technicians and customers.Support ongoing process improvements and operational development initiatives.AttributesStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.High level of responsibility and accountability for team performance.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Energetic, friendly, and innovative mindset.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.Requirements:Matric Diploma, Degree, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Experience working with lithium batteries, including assembly and/or building.Forklift license (advantageous).Basic coding or programming knowledge (advantageous)Technical knowledge of lithium battery systems and electrical solutions (advantageous).Willingness to work standard hours, with occasional after-hours work as requiredRemunerationR20 500 - R26 500 (Depending on Experience)***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
