1. Overall management of the Companys Property Portfolio, including commercial assets, retail assets, and residential assets.2. Source and Market current properties and assets8. Vet and screen potential tenants9. Manage lease renewals, terminations escalations and ammednments10. Manage and address tenants complaints, disputes and enforce house rules11. Ensure rentals, utility biils and related are paid and up to date at all times12. Assist with due diligence and onoboarding of newly acquired properties and assets13. Manage Service providers related to rental properties and assets14. Manage budget and implement cost cutting initiatives where and when necessary15. Manage and direct related tender processes.16.
