Business Unit Administration & Governance -· Maintain structured document management systems for financial, contractual, and governance records.· Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items and minutes where needed.· Ensure adherence to enterprise governance frameworks, policies, and approval processes.· Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
