2. Own Reliable vehicle
3. Must be able and wlling to commute to Westville daily, and visit sites as necessary
4. 2 - 3 years in a similar postion with traceable references
1. Overall management of the Company''s Property Portfolio, including commercial assets, retail assets, and residential assets.
2. Monitor occupancy levels and ensure that all related terms and conditions of occupancy is adhered to.
3. Management of Lease agreements, tenants, agents both internal and external.
4. Conduct and compile regular site visits, inspections and relevant photograprahic evidence in relation to maintenance of properties to and acceptable standard.
5. Maintain and update a central database of all properties, assets, acquisitions and disposals
6. Liaise directly with Owners, Directors and Shareholders
7. Source and Market current properties and assets
8. Vet and screen potential tenants
9. Manage lease renewals, terminations escalations and ammednments
10. Manage and address tenants'''''''' complaints, disputes and enforce house rules
11. Ensure rentals, utility biils and related are paid and up to date at all times
12. Assist with due diligence and onboarding of newly acquired properties and assets
13. Manage Service providers related to rental properties and assets
14. Manage budget and implement cost cutting initiatives where and when necessary
15. Manage and direct related tender processes.
16. Manage utility space, parking spaces, access controls, insurance and risk claims and assessments, and relative statutory compliances,
