Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.

Computer literacy, and especially excel
spreadsheets.
·
Excellent knowledge of labour legislation,
particularly the BCEA and LRA and collective bargaining structures,
·
Excellent problem solving and reporting skills,
·
Excellent written and oral communication
skills and sound administration,
·
Minimum of 3 years’
experience in a similar field.
·
Contactable
references are essential.
Duties include:
Enforcement
of the Council’s Collective Agreement, dispute resolution functions and
providing a service to the industry.
