Running day-to-day farm operations
Managing plant health (irrigation, fertilization, pests)

1–3 years experience in horticulture / agriculture
Strong practical knowledge (not just theory)
Able to manage people and get results
Comfortable working in fast-paced, developing environments

Drip irrigation experience
Exposure to high-value crops (chili, vegetables, nursery)
