(*Transcript Required)12+ years experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI production environments.Minimum 4 years experience in Machine LearningProven delivery of at least 3 large AI projects into productionStrong hands-on AI Operations and MLOps experienceCloud platform experience (GCP preferred, other platforms considered)Strong leadership and stakeholder interfacing capabilityProven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions.Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native development.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.Strong system design, architectural, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Ownership mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.Advantageous experience:Postgraduate qualification in AI, Data Science, or Systems Engineering.Exposure to platforms and tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Kubeflow.
