RESPONSIBILITIES
The position reports to the General Farm Manager and plays
a key role within a professional management and production team. The successful

Feed crop production and management:
· Production and management of
crops (planted pasture, irrigation and non-irrigated land) including soil
preparation, plant, irrigation, fertilisation, grazing and ensiling.
· Grazing and feeding of herd:

Ensure the mixing and
preparation of fodder and feeding of the herd is effectively applied.

Manage the quality, storage
conditions and stock levels of the fodder.
· Manage planted pastures

Staff management and related activities:

Our client is seeking a qualified Electrician for a well-established electrical company based in Stellenbosch. Construction & Residential experience beneficial.Responsibilities:Assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment.Installation of electrical boxes, DB Boards, other enclosures, conduits (pipes, tubing, trunking), ground leads and connecting of power to different equipment/machinery.Wiring of circuit breakers, transformers and electrical equipment.Performing maintenance and identifying maintenance requirements on electrical equipment.Fault finding.Ensuring that preventative maintenance is executed according to schedule.Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Performing ad-hoc duties.Reading and understanding electrical drawings.Commercial and industrial electrical installation services (three-phase and single-phase).Power continuity.Must adhere to the relevant electrical codes, procedures & safety policies.Experience & Qualifications:Residential Electrical experience beneficial.Experience in managing various isntallation and maintenance teams.Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent Certification (NQF Level 4).Minimum of 2 years post-trade experience.No criminal record.Valid drivers license.Competencies:Positive energy and mindset.Proficient in both English and Afrikaans.Maintenance – Multi-discipline.Excellent fault-finding skills.Good communication skills.On-site team management skills.Coping with pressures and setbacks.Able to meet deadlines of high-pressure projects.Traceable, working knowledge and experience in the renewable energy field.
