Reason for Reporting
To manage and oversee the maintenance, compliance, infrastructure and service delivery of LKPM’s community schemes (Sectional Title & HOAs), ensuring proper maintenance of common property, regulatory compliance, cost control, contractor performance management, risk mitigation, and preservation of property values.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance of common property.
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) with contractors.
• Source and evaluate quotations in line with trustee mandates.
• Work within approved maintenance budgets.
• Manage fire, lift, electrical and gas compliance where applicable.
• Respond to urgent maintenance incidents.
• Coordinate insurance-related claims.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Ethical and compliance-focused.
• Calm under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solver.
• Professional and firm when managing contractors.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in property or facilities management, preferably in sectional title or HOA environments.
