Full-Time Administrative & Sales Coordinator Needed

Advanced Fencing is seeking a skilled and reliable Administrative and Sales Assistant to support our growing operations. The role is preferably based in the Helderberg area. We are a well-established company in the construction industry and require an experienced professional with a strong administrative background and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration and filing
  • Reception duties and client liaison as the first point of contact
  • Preparation and administration of quotes, sales bids, contracts, and invoicing
  • Management of client orders, project files, reconciliations, and material orders
  • Coordination of sales enquiries and leads, including diary management for the Director
  • Compilation of monthly leads and quotations reports
  • Job coordination, including:
    • Scheduling installations with the Operations Director and communicating updates to clients
    • Opening job files, completing job cards, and allocating hardware
    • Liaising with suppliers and following up on material orders
  • Weekly wage and stock control and allocation of hardware
  • Monthly VAT file preparation and supplier reconciliations
  • Maintenance of the vehicle register, including licensing and fine administration
  • General ad hoc administrative support as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Qualification in Secretarial, Office Administration, or Bookkeeping
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Sage
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport (essential)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
