Assist with preparing and reviewing management
reports.·
Ensure reports are:o Accurate.o Based
on reconciled data.·
Add basic commentary where appropriate.·
Escalate strategic insights or concerns to the
Head of Finance.·
Ensure reports are issued by the 15th of the
month. VAT (With Oversight)·
Review VAT returns prepared by juniors.·
Identify anomalies and errors.·
Escalate unclear VAT treatments.·
Confirm VAT is ready for client approval.·
Support juniors through corrections and
learning. Annual Accounts & Tax (Supported)·
Assist with:o Working
paper preparation and review.o Drafting
of annual accounts.·
Prepare corporation tax computations in TaxCalc
with review.·
Support client meetings where required.·
Escalate technical decisions and final sign-off
to the Head of Finance.

We are seeking a Junior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our
conveyancing department. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with 1–2
years’ conveyancing experience who has a sound understanding of the general
conveyancing process, particularly property transfers. The successful candidate
will work under the supervision of a conveyancer and provide essential
administrative and legal support to a team of senior paralegals and
conveyancers.
