REGIONAL RETAIL SALES MANAGER
A vacancy exists within a retailer in the food industry situated in Amanzimtoti, Durban (with shops across KZN),for a suitably qualified and experienced Regional Retail Sales Manager.
Purpose of Role:
The incumbent will be expected to:
1. Manage Sales and Operational activities to grow existing markets within the company
2. Identify new sales opportunities for discussion with management
3. Manage existing shop operations
4. Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented at all regional shops,
5. Ensure that on a day-to-day basis, the shop tasks arecarried out correctly by shopkeepers, and
6. Provide necessary support to shopkeepers.
Minimum Criteria:
The successful incumbent must:
1. Be in possession of a Grade 12 / Matric certificate;
2. Minimum 5 years retail management experience as well as further minimum 5 years experience in regional retail sales;
3. Fluency in English and isiZulu is essential;
4. Be proficient in Microsoft Office;5. Be in possession of Code 08 drivers license;
Preferential Criteria:
The following criteria would be advantageous:
1. An understanding of Xhosa 1. Experience in logistics and stock management
