Shared Services Project ManagerDepartment: CFO / Shared Services (Supply Chain, HR & IT)Employment Type: PermanentReporting Line: CFO / Head of Shared ServicesAim of the Role:To coordinate, track, and lead all Shared Services as well as related projects within the CFO portfolio. The incumbent will organise and facilitate project reviews while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery targets to ensure successful project execution across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Governance:Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, HR, and IT within the Shared Services environment.Provide administrative governance and structured project management support within the CFO area.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, staffing, and work breakdown structures.Prepare project proposals and align planning with relevant department heads, including resource planning and contracting.Organise and facilitate project meetings and ensure the accurate preparation and distribution of minutes.Monitoring, Reporting & Financial Oversight:Maintain and track project documentation, databases, dashboards, cockpit charts, and KPIs (risk logs, open issues lists, and project data).Monitor, analyse, and report on project budgets and profitability at a project level.Conduct risk assessments, track mitigation actions, and escalate issues where necessary to ensure project completion.Ensure that projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeframes, and budget parameters.Education & Experience:Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Project Management Certification, such as Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, or Certified ScrumMaster will be advantageous.Minimum of 5 years professional experience in project management or Shared Services functions.Experience working within cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Sound knowledge and practical application of project management principles and methodologies.Behavioural Competencies:Pro-active and results-orientedAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and planning capabilityExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsMethodical and process-driven approachStrong self-management and accountabilityDemonstrated people management capabilityhttps://www.executiveplacements.com/Jobs/P/Project-Manager-1266654-Job-Search-02-26-2026-00-00-00-AM.asp?sid=gumtree

ENVIRONMENT:EXECUTE regional strategy for all prepaid products while directing & coordinating Sales teams as the next Inland Sales Manager wanted by a dynamic Investment company for its Joburg division. You will broadly be responsible for achieving set sales targets applicable to the region and all operational aspects associated with achieving the set targets. This includes the management and execution of the overall business development, operational, customer service and client retention strategies, supervising the routine performance of all staff and maximising the profitability of the region in line with budgeted sales targets. The ideal candidate be results-driven who prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables. You must have Matric/Grade 12, a suitable tertiary qualification with 5 years’ Sales and Operations Management experience, 3+ years’ experience in Customer Relations/Client Management, is familiar with the purpose and composition of Service Level Agreements and has extensive experience in prepaid informal markets with a hands-on approach. DUTIES:Business Development and Growth -Drive Channel Sales performance.Ensure ALL Sales Representatives achieve all sales, new business acquisition and revenue targets set by the business.Grow existing base revenues through a wider product mix.Identify and pursue sales opportunities and/or prospects on a regional level.Be familiar with company product mix and commercial terms in order to successfully market company capabilities.Co-ordinate and facilitate Regional Sales Team activities in accordance with overall company sales strategy.Embody the “customer is king” philosophy. Financial Procedure and Controls -Required stock is ordered timeously and in accordance with company stock ordering process.Stock count is completed and balanced monthly in accordance with company policy. Required documentation is submitted according to deadline.Strict adherence to cash collection and reconciliation process.Strict adherence to company banking and reconciliation process.Stock distribution in line with a clear understanding of activation numbers to ensure maximum returns. Reporting and Sales Administration -Ensure any reporting requirements are completed accurately and submitted by the deadline.Maintain accurate geographical information about prospective and existing customers so as to track national footprint and opportunity.Maintain accurate record of sales team activity, efficiency and performance.Liaise with internal departments to facilitate efficient flow of the sales process.Provide progress reports at regular intervals.
